Welcome to W. 11th & Bluff

The name of our blog, W. 11th & Bluff, comes from our location at the intersection of W. 11th and Bluff Streets in Dubuque, Iowa.

Very clever, huh? Heh, heh!

W. 11th & Bluff, the blog, will feature news and information about library-related topics, such as:

  • Announcements about upcoming book discussions, movie screenings, and computer classes

  • Reviews of books, DVDs, CDs, and other library materials

    I like the little logo, with the street signs.
    I look forward to learning about upcoming library events. I might even post comments lobbying the library to purchase certain CDs.

  4. Tom & I have just really enjoyed so many of the special activities our Library plans for us. We are just exceptionally lucky to live in a city that has a dedicated library staff, is a great facility & has top notch material.
    We especially enjoy bookclub discussions,Book Author talks, Art at the Library, "Get A Clue" games, and Friends Movie Night.Thanks! Cinda
