The Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency (DMASWA) has a new free program to recycle compact fluorescent lights (CFLs).For more information about this recycling program, including a complete list of drop-off locations, please visit the DMASWA website.
Note: At this time, Carnegie-Stout Public Library in Dubuque is not a drop-off location. Please do not bring your CFLs to Carnegie-Stout Public Library.
